Josephine Ebejer Grech is an educator and researcher with a special interest in neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and positive psychology. She graduated as a teacher with a Bachelor in Education degree, followed by a distinction in a Master’s in Applied Educational Leadership, and a distinction in a Master’s in Business Administration. Special awards include the Outstanding Student Award as an MBA student, and the Outstanding Educator Award 2024–25 by the Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education International. She is actively involved in delivering professional development sessions across schools, focusing on strategies to enhance wellbeing and build academic resilience among students. She published several academic papers and presented her work in a number of conferences at the University of London, Cambridge and Oxford. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices and aims to empower educators with practical tools for fostering healthier learning environments.
