You can submit your paper through the official online submission form. Simply upload your abstract or full paper and follow the provided guidelines.

What does the conference paper submission process include ?

The process includes abstract submission, notification of acceptance within 7 to 14 days, and full paper submission after the conference.

What formats are accepted for paper submission ?

We accept Microsoft Word formats for all conference paper submissions. Documents must follow the official author guidelines.

Is there a fee for online submission ?

There is no fee for submitting an abstract. Registration fees apply only if your paper is accepted.

When is the deadline for paper submission ?

The abstract submission deadline is 27 March 2026. Full papers must be submitted within three weeks after the last day of the conference.
